can you take people out of the shot that you dont have atoehnr photo of? like i went to a concert and took photos, but i want all the people out of it (besides the bands playing) is that possible?

Well, that heavily depends on the photo, for example if the people are standing infornt of the band, it would be highly difficult to remove them… but sometimes a simple crop can do the job.
Clone Tool is your buddy in such tasks, you should try with it, I think you’ll succeed.
