I am a recent contributor to DP, their strategy is quite interesting, let’s see in few months if they can compete with Shutterstock, Istock and Fotolia which have been around for much longer

Apart from competition It looks to me a new way of earning as well. This might end up at junction for both sellers and buyers of images. This will be a benefit for new photographers to earn some bucks.
