Handy Apps for Everybody
Time for some iOS apps again. This is a collection of apps which are helpful for everybody in their daily life. I think you’d wanna keep them installed all year long (and even after that).
Sorry, I didn’t include any games, I might create another post comprising just games but today wasn’t the day. I made an iPhone related post after quite a while and I’m amazed to see the amount of stupid and rubbish kind of apps being developed, I actually saw an app to guess your fortune by your taking your picture!! I have only selected the best ones. Hope you like it, and wish you a Happy New Year
!!
TaskPad HD
This is my favorite task manager. Intuitive TaskManager with online (cloud) sync accross iPhone, iPod, iPad and web interface.

Mirror
Unlike gimmicky mirror apps of the past, Mirror from App Cubby uses the front facing camera on compatible iOS devices to create a real mirror.

Flashlight
This instantly turns your iPad or iPhone into a REAL brightest flashlight! The ultimate lighting tool that takes full advantage of the iPhone 4 LED light. Strobe/Blinking Mode is also supported.

Virtual Lighter
This is also a flash light but with an edge… It creates a realistic flame. Have candle light dinners without candles! Choose your favorite style and show it off!

PaperDesk LITE
As simple as a notebook in your hand. Except for it can also record audio. The entire design goal behind PaperDesk was to mimic, as closely as possible, a simple pad of paper with no unnecessary frills. Yet it still boasts features that enable quick and responsive note taking.

Read It Later
Read It Later lets you save webpages to read later, even without an active Internet connection.

Google Earth
Hold the world in the palm of your hand. With Google Earth for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, you can fly to far corners of the planet with just the swipe of a finger.

Dropbox
A cloud based file storing and sharing application. You’ll need to sign-up for a free account though. Install a Dropbox application in your computer and view all your data in your iPhone.

Picture Effect Magic
Rather a fun utility than being useful, but fun is useful.

iSwap Faces Lite
Another fun app. Swap faces through morphing. Image below contains an example.

Adobe Photoshop Express
One cannot actually compare it to Adobe Photoshop for computers but its a handy tool. It can crop, flip, add border and apply different kind of color presets to enhance any photo. Pretty easy to use even for a grandma.

DOCUMENTS 2

Note Hub
You can create projects with unlimited Notes, Drawings, Task lists, Web browsers, Maps, and Calculators. Each document is fully-featured, not watered-down mini-snippets, yet they work together fluidly in a way that makes you more productive. All in a straightforward thumbnail-driven interface.

Best Alarm Clock
A FREE Alarm Clock with Weather and Temperature! Multiple Alarms, Custom Alarm Tunes and Beautiful Clock Themes! It wakes you up and tells you the weather outside, cool huh!

I tried to find Taskpad hd and only Taskpad pro came up and it’s $3.99. I was using an ipod touch.
Hmm…
Well, Taskpad HD is available for iPod… but the official page is in Spanish, of if you have an option like “Search All Languages” or something like that, try it.
Virtual lighter is a great utility app. I have it on my iPhone for quite some time now. I also recommend Snap-A-Note by Rainbow Riders. Downloaded it for free. I use it for taking pictures and it has an integrated mailing system that allows me to send the photos I took right in my inbox for later editing. You should also include Battery life pro (free). Helps monitor battery life.
thanks for using your ‘user experience’ Mon.
