Kentico is definitely one of the best asp.net CMSs out there. Free edition can be used, as you said, in personal and commercial purpose, but since it is pretty limited it is only good to try out the system to see if it fits your needs. However, alongside with DNN and Umbraco, Kentico is at very top of the .net CMS market.
