These are free brushes which I designed myself so that you can download them, use them commercially without having to think whether you are breaking any rules. This brush set royalty-free.

We have been wishing you new year all this week, lol… and here we are doing it once again. This is another new year related post. This time, I made something myself. These are Photoshop brushes which will help you in designing cards and graphics related to new year. And these are for all the years to come, they won’t expire after 2012 (although if the world ends, Designzzz can’t do anything about that). I don’t have to remind you that these are royalty-free so you can use them, distribute them, you don’t have take a permission from us. Now that’s called free!!

There are many traditions associated with Halloween; one of them is that Designzzz composes some very nice posts related to it. This year it was my duty to make you a free (premium quality) resource related to Halloween. So here I am with a free Halloween themed Photoshop brush set.

Which is the form of art you don’t understand, Abstract, right! Well we are not talking about art today, it’s Thursday so we are sharing a design resource. Today I selected Abstract Brushes for Photoshop.
These brushes are very useful not just for creating art pieces or digital paintings, in fact they are rather handy in creating high-quality graphic design. These brushes have helped me create backgrounds, border styles, special effects, the list goes on and on. The trick is to use them where no one is expecting. Just add these brushes in your Photoshop and experiment a little, you’ll soon realize how and where you can use them.
When we start in the profession of design, everybody tells to design elegantly. Grace and class is the only way to excel in this business. But when I practically took a deep look, I realized that designers want to be the opposite of elegant. Grunge and Trashy effects are in style these days.
Last week I gave a few trashy fonts and today I have a collection of grunge brushes for you. All these brushes are absolutely free to use (although a credit to the creator would be appreciated) and you can also download all of them in a single zip file if you are a member of Designzzz. Today I’m sharing a post of the Free Photoshop brushes. They are very creative and by using these kind of brushes we will demonstrate the taste and increase the worth of the design. This kind of brushes save much of our time which would have been wasted in drawing the shapes and the curves if we drew them ourselves. Today I was making a tutorial of adding a Peel Off effect to any photo, and for that I needed some brushes. So I just designed this free splash effect brush set. We’ll be publishing that tutorial in a few days, meanwhile you can keep yourself busy by getting your hands occupied with these brushes.
These are Photoshop Brushes and can be added by Downloading the zip/brush file> Copy the extracted/downloaded file in your Adobe Photoshop installation folder>presets>brushes. Restart Photoshop and that’s it.

Brush Lovers is a service which provides free photoshop brushes. There are many websites over the internet which provide this service of free brushes, but Brush Lovers is a little different.
This site provides free and premium photoshop brushes, but this absolutely does not mean that the free ones are not that good. There are many overlooked gems. This is a relatively new company, but they are “going up” and continuously update database assures that that this site is here for good.
