This is a website that uses HTML5, CSS3 and no JavaScript for any kind of dynamics or graphics. I was looking for a site like this for quite a time for your coding inspiration. This site renders superbly and doesn’t need any user’s system resources.
On a side note, I loved the inspirational stories I read here. I think you should also read them.
This site doesn’t has Flash, JavaScript, CSS3 or anything fancy. It uses good old HTML4. Yet it is a magnificent design, and that’s why I’m sharing it. This is the homepage of an Aussie (Australian) Graphic & Web Designer. A cool rocking site, I loved it, I think you will also.
You might feel that this site didn’t deserve to be featured. That’s because it uses old HTML4 and no special effects except for one javascript slide. But that’s exactly the reason why it is being featured. The designer has creatively, staying in his limits made an impressive design.
Some people think that WordPress can only make blog websites or maybe some news magazines, but that’s it… that’s wrong!
The power of WordPress is stunning and this website is just an example of that. You might not believe that this is made over wordpress, if you don’t, just check it code.
It’s amusing for me to see rated 13 street slang language on business sites, but some do it, and do it perfectly. It might be an attempt connect to clients by speaking the language they speak… but I think that’s a bit too much.
Anyways, this site uses that language and it also carries a brilliant streetish design. This site also uses HTML5 with jQuery but there’s nothing extraordinary in the code, I’m sharing it just for the design. Colors are very vibrant.
A few days ago, our Jawad made a showcase of footers. It was definitely a good inspiration but we didn’t get to know the methodology behind creating exceptional footers. Today, I’m describing just that.
Footers were never given their deserving respect, they were the most meaningless part of a website. But in recent times, designers came to realize that it can be a great place to show off their skills, and then later, developers crafted out techniques to make it useful in terms of interactivity and SEO.
To say, this is a work showcase of a web design studio based in Bristol, UK. But my God can they design and build websites. This is the most advanced level of jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.
Although this site has excellent design inspiration, you’ve got to look at their source code.
Last Friday we offered free download of the Jewelry Web Design Template and the Friday before that, we published the Photoshop tutorial for designing a jeweler’s website. Today is the time for HTML CSS tutorial. By following this, you can easily code this website to perfection. It also includes a simple JavaScript slideshow.
Jeweler’s sites require dark backgrounds, sharp colors, quality stock photos and large size jewelry display. This layout has all these specifications.
